For clarity and context, the Asheville City Council’s recent vote approving the interlocal agreement extending water lines to the homes affected by the CTS contamination site (referred to in the video above) was taken on September 25 of this year. The Buncombe County Board of Commissioners took their vote approving the interlocal agreement the week before. This video was shot at an informal gathering this past August, over a month before the City Council vote.
